What is Tricking?

Wikipedia's definition:
Tricking (short for martial arts tricking) is the informal name of a type of physical activity derived from the martial arts that includes techniques found in gymnastics, B-boying, and similar disciplines. Examples of incorporated techniques include the 540 kick from Taekwondo, the butterfly twist from Wushu, and the double leg from Capoeira.

Tricking is essentially another physical movement art. It develops the individual's athleticism, coordination, power, strength, and self-confidence.

Here are a couple of videos showcasing the new physical movement sport called Tricking. Some say it is an evolution of martial arts, others say its a new generation sport.

As a martial art, the tricker no longer is fighting an opponent in front of them, rather, the opponent is within. In tricking, you face your own fears, doubts and inhibitions to push yourself to new levels of physical skill, coordination, creativity and self-expression.
